    If I had season tickets for the next seven years I’d like it to be in… (based on winning potential in the foreseeable future and exciting play):

    1 LA Lakers – dynasty.
    2 LA Clippers – can it get more exciting?
    3 Sacramento Kings – he’s staying.
    4 Orlando – Hill and McGrady are gonna put on some show next season.
    5 Dallas Mavericks – fearsome foursome that will only get better.
    6 Philadelphia – just a one man show, but man what a show it is.
    7 San Antonio Spurs – they will get better as they gel.
    8 Indiana Pacers – lots of exciting young talent.
    9 Milwaukee Bucks – high scoring potential finalists for next season.
    10 Toronto Raptors – Vincanity will get better and Davis could bring in some talent.
    11 Miami Heat – well coached and hardworking
    12 Houston Rockets – Francis, Cat and co. are playoff bound.
    13 Atlanta Hawks – they’ve got some real nice pieces now.
    14 Charlotte Hornets – the Mash and the Baron looking good together.
    15 NY Knicks – always competitive.
    16 Boston Celtics – don’t you just feel it’s their turn.
    17 Phoenix Suns – a healthy Penny would move them up about ten spots on this chart.
    18 Portland Trailblazers – scary potential for these old guys.
    19 New Jersey Nets – give ‘em time and they’ll be in the playoffs in two years.
    20 Minnesota Timberwolves – KG.
    21 Golden State Warriors – exciting talent, bad team.
    22 Utah Jazz – two more years of play offs, then what?
    23 Seattle Supersonics – if they trade the Glove could be fun to watch at least.
    24 Memphis Grizzlies – might do some trading but still lots of talent.
    25 Cleveland Cavaliers – Z will come back and be and all-star.
    26 Denver Nuggets – good talent but very structurally flawed.
    27 Washington Wizards – Sorr, he’s not coming back.
    28 Detroit Pistons – watching Stack throw up thirty bricks a night is not fun.
    29 Chicago Bulls – oh what a mess.

    Sorry Rockets fans, but maybe if you got Webber you'd be top 5.

    So, how can anybody not agree?

    Well season tickets in LA wouldn't do me any any good in LA, unless you throw in a jet & a pilot.
    Also based on the Clippers history they will screw things up.
    Also C-Webb is leaving. Memo to you- He's going east. He wants nothing to do with Shaq & Kobe.

    This is a Rockets fan site, we are Rockets fans, we wouldn't be Rockets fans if we wanted to see another team play for the next 7 years.

    I'll just point out the inconsistencies
    in your arguments.

    You discount the Jazz b/c they'll only be contenders for 2 years, yet you think the Clippers are going to keep their team together for the first time in the last 10 years?

    You think Vince Carter's going to stay in Toronto?

    You think the Spurs are going to gel? Huh? In 2 years, the Admiral's going to be gone, and I wouldn't be surprised if Timmy bails on that team also.

    So I'll ask again, what's your point in telling Rockets fans that there team doesn't excite you?

    Milwaukee = remember seattle in the 90s? Always a bridesmaid never a championship
    Toronto - Vince is toronto . . .. no mo talent coming there.
    Miami - have you watched these choke artist the last few years?

    BTW
    6 Philadelphia – This team over acheived this year . . . even considering they play is a piss poor conference.
