    we have to play a near perfect game to beat the lakers. I think we will get swept. So dont start the damn trade threads. We are the underdog but people dont seem to relize it.

    Exactly, with Shaq out and Yao in with Malone on him we only had a 2 point lead going into the second half. Just sucks.

    I just hope we recover and make something of this series.

    I seriously doubt it.

    The Lakers are hitting a lot of contested shots.

    You can't do jack about that.

    Lost in the shuffle, is this Francis' most complete game this season?

    Yao has been miserable out there. He's had as pathetic a second half as one can have. Oh well, we have to win the next two at home but its going to be damn near impossible if the refs are intent on giving Kobe freebies the rest of the series.

    Win or lose, as long as they give it their all and put up a hell of a fight so that the Lakers are too tired to even play Rd 2 if they win.

    Yao really dispoints me so far. He is mentally soft. He can't even take advantage of the fact that shaq is out of game because of his faul trouble. Damn u!!

    I don't post much ... but can someone PLEASE tell why they aren't giving yao the post. Shaq has 4 fouls. Francis compared to Yao has an ass horrible shootin PCT. So why the heck not? It worked in the 1st qtr.

    Do you really think the Lakers are toying with us?? I mean they scored in the single digits in the third and we outrebounded them by double digits. Also Kobe threw up a couple of unusual airballs in by the Rockets luck (which wasn't good) Shaq got the ball and that was the game. Sometimes its games like this that you wish you lost by 20, and feel like you have so much more to improve on rather than giving the Lakers a wakeup call and bad luck causes you to lose a close game.

    The Rockets on this game at this point are wobbling around in the boxing rang but the Lakers haven't delivered the knockout punch yet. Rockets still in it.

    heman, because Yao has been horrible. He couldn't even score on Karla, a guy he has 8 inches on.
