I don't think everything he does is great. This was handled poorly... he shouldn't upbraid a lame reporter like a mom scolding a child. He should have just passed over him.

Trump doesn’t pass. When he has the ball, it’s either a shot or a turnover.

Hopefully you understand that it is highly unlikely it will go to the Supreme Court and even if it does there will not be enough votes in contention to change the result right?

It turns out Trump lost by a large enough margin in enough states that he doesn't have a chance. He has yet to prove any voter fraud at all.

It's Friday and you still don't know how the electoral college works.

I absolutely think it will go to the supreme court.

Also fraud doesn't need to be proven before the trial. Evidence suggesting it could be the case is all your need which has been presented. The trial is when you prove the fraud with evidence. I don't know why y'all want to cart before the horse. Very unreasonable expectation. Oh that's right... you all think the media is our electoral college and court system.

You really think a Roberts led court is going to take up this case? Roberts, the guy who, despite me disagreeing with him on most things takes the SCOTUS seriously and doesn't want it to be seen as some partisan branch of government up for grabs by either party?

I know, I know, you're hope is that ALL of the Trump appointed judges will side with Trump but because of their lifetime appointments they have no reason to do so.

Read the article bro, a Trump appointed Judge said... "Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here..."

Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, ACB, owe NOTHING to Trump. They are not going to ruin their careers and this country on his behalf. This will never see SCOTUS. Roberts won't allow it and I'm confident that he'll sway at least one of the previous three to his side that it's not worth destroying democracy for Cheeto Mussolini.

Hey, @dachuda86, look what I found on OAN:

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday he will leave the White House if the Electoral College votes for Democratic President-elect Joe Biden.

    https://www.oann.com/trump-says-he-will-leave-the-white-house-if-electoral-college-votes-for-biden/

    This is on Newsmax

In fact, Pennsylvania officials had certified their vote count Monday for President-elect Joe Biden, who defeated Trump by more than 80,000 votes in the state. Nationally, Biden and running mate Kamala Harris garnered nearly 80 million votes, a record in U.S. presidential elections.

actually, that’s not how it works. You have to first allege fraud - like in the actual lawsuit, in the actual complaint (not a press conference). Rudy and team trump didn’t allege fraud and actually said in court they are not alleging fraud. When faced with motion to dismiss hearing, team trump tried again, just two days before the hearing and amended what they were claiming and removed the garbage about observer access. Then at the hearing, Giuliani and trump dumped the legal team and Giuliani said they meant to keep the observer access claims. And even with all that, the case got dismissed. You have to plead a viable claim, you have to do so with particularity or specificity. There is an actual rule called Rule 12 in federal court. It is a rather inconvenient rule of law for people who just want to make crap up, like team trump.

See, the thing is, the rules of civil procedure actually really favor a plaintiff. The rules protect a litigants right to file suit and proceed to discovery, so long as you can meet the very basic requirement of stating an actual claim and doing so with some specificity. Courts don’t dismiss a case unless it is total crap - you fail to even state a claim or you fail to allege the claim with any degree of specificity/particularity (Rule 12). And even then, like in team trumps case, they give you the chance to amend. It’s like you get a crappy homework grade, and the judge lets you fix your homework. Team trump still failed. It was not a Rule 56 summary judgment hearing, where you have to present sufficient evidence to survive summary judgment against you. No, surviving a Rule 12 motion is so much easier, so basic. Unless your lawsuit is total incomprehensible crap.

And what is that the relief they sought at the Third circuit? Not to be declared the winner of the case, but to get yet another opportunity to redo their homework at the district court level. That’s going to be the same relief that seek at the USSC. Not victory, but another chance to redo their homework.

Umm, the relief sought from the USSC will be ... remand to the district court to re plead their case.

Aha! They've had the evidence this whole time and are biding time until trial to reveal it! GENIUS!!
Losing court cases nationwide over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again - ALL PART OF THE PLAN. Why present evidence now? In court? That's for suckers.
Your perception of political events is entirely shaped by your emotions.
