Is it just me or is Stone building a team to beat the Lakers?

What i like is Stone understands we need to win multiple ways. That smallball lineup w/ PJ at center was trash. Morey was stubborn and needed to go

    I'm optimistic about Stoney.
I don't think Morey was really a small believer. But he had damaged goods w/Capela & flipped him for a perfect small ball PF in RoCo. D'Antoni said i got this. Just didn't work. Maybe if coach didn't run our previous teams into the ground with short rotations the franchise would have achieved more. Let's move forward. With a center.

I bet Stone hasn't thought about beating a team that's better than the Lakers yet! Quick- someone message him this!

The real question is, can this team make playoffs next season?

I never want to underestimate Harden's ability to make chicken salad out of chicken **** but this might top 2016 in terms of daunting carry jobs to the playoffs.

I think Morey knew he wasn't going to be around much longer and just took a swing given the lack of shooting between Westbrook & Capela. I don't think last year's team was exactly what Morey had in mind after 10+ years at the organization.

Bro... Harden can drag 4 bums to the 8th or 7th seed with ease.

Seems more like the desperate lakers are trying to catch up with us

    They'll need to try harder

I'm not saying this team is a championship contender currently, but it's utterly mind-boggling that someone can look at a team with James Harden, Russell Westbrook, Eric Gordon, Christian Wood, DeMarcus Cousins, PJ Tucker, and Danuel House and think, "Meh....I think that's a 9 seed." Like.... even if you're the biggest hater out there, you have to know that this team is OBVIOUSLY a playoff team.

Well if he knew he was leaving, he sure left us in a bad position. He did Stone absolutely no favors

Folks, now that we have stone and wood, we need to acquire iron ore to acquire metalworking, advance up the technology tree and build a barracks.

Not sure what Harold Miner is up to these days but it might be time to finally bring him to Houston.

    ^ concrete statement.

Rockets of iron will, will test their metal. Instead of bronze, going for gold.

Morey's been experimenting with smallball since Joey Dorset. He's definitely one of the original smallball believers

Once again building to support Harden . .. . .
Last year we tried support Westbrook . .. ..
We thought Harden would adapt. . .he did a bit
    but
    Now Westbrook has to adapt.
    won't do that again
