I think he will continue to play with a chip on his shoulder. Silas will show tough love to everyone. I think he can communicate with young upcoming stars eg Wood.
After listening to a few of Wood's interviews. He sounds hungry & mature. Confident in strengths. Acknowledges his weaknesses. Recipe for supernovae. Sincerely excited to see him play with us.

I'm 99% sure if C.Wood doesn't come to Houston, Harden would of been gone by now. I think getting Boogie is a slam dunk that Harden and Russ dropping trade requests.
Go back to the introduction of Stone and Silas.... the emphasis of both was on Harden. A couple times it was “Harden and Westbrook” but it was 90% of the time just Harden.... the gulf between the ability/contributions of the two is very large, and the Rockets know it... and Westbrook didn’t like not being the equal to Harden last year at times... not sure what he expected, he joined Harden’s team. Some guys (LBJ to Miami/Drexler to Rockets) can handle the ego bruising. Some cannot (KD/Westbrook).
