Love Gerald. Will never forget him driving around helping people right after Hurricane Harvey. Kept helping well after it was in the news too. Not to mention his game. Regardless of what happens Gerald will always be beloved in H-town.
I dont care if he ever even makes it on the floor - but we should always at least have a towel waving seat at the end of the bench for him! and really... he's the kinda guy you want in your players ears saying what a great place the city is and all, for when they are weighing other options... never hurts to have a cheerleader - and GG is a great one - and he's sincere! ..plus we can put him in if there's a need for some regulating...

I know we can’t have a team full of 35yr old guards that might lack a little on the defensive side, BUT there are players that break the mold and are exception to the rules! Gerald Green is one of those players!!! NO, I’m not a GG only fan, but I am a fan of GG, and if you look at the poll and read all the comments it’s apparent that most of us are in this category!! Hopefully Stone can see his value, not only to the team, but to the city of HTown and signs this young man!! (P.S.) MadMax should be part of the Rockets in some capacity! I love the guy but he's getting up there in years. We should make him a developmental coach right now. He should always have a place in the organisation if not the roster itself.
I love Gerald Green. Should be a no brainer. Every time I see the I45 and downtown tatts, it just feels right and it brings my heart warmth like a nice bowl of chicken noodle soup when I'm sick.

I think they should resign him. He is loved by Houston Rocket fans, he has shot the Rockets into games and lastly Houston needs some good news that if a James Harden is on the fence of leaving the team then signings like this help in the locker room.
