Tannehill recently has been asked to do more and the Titans have subsequently played worse. The more he does the worse his teams perform, he’s the highest level of game manager to me. Carr has been the 2nd biggest surprise to me this year(I thought Big Ben was done)
I agree that he isn’t a game changer. But he is more than a serviceable starter and putting up numbers with anyone. If you look at Carr’s numbers I bet they would surprise you. He’s also only 29, and literally the exact same athletic profile as Watson.

@cmoak1982 just to add to the conversation, I just saw this morning that Deshaun has the 2nd highest career passer rating all time; 2nd to Rodgers and just ahead of Wilson. That's among all QBs, not just active.

But we were talking about Watson vs Wilson and one of your points was that Wilson's passer rating is higher than Watson's this year. It looks like his all-time is higher than Wilson's. Again, not saying that Wilson is not better; just that they are close.
You just said about active players included. You were also the one that incorrectly said Watson had a higher passer rating this season. Watson is doing good, right now. Keep it up and maybe he can be as good as Wilson, Mahomes and Rodgers. Until then, he shouldn’t be compared to them.
