    Need more.

    One big signing is nothing.

Move EGo's salary or sign a starter for vet min.

Not counting Cousins, he may not be 100% by start of season. Still need to be careful with him.

Definitely need another backup center, solid 3-D wing and a guard for depth. Looking at the roster though, we have to be top 3 worthy in the west. The argument against Boogie can easily be used against Durant, he is coming off an achilles injury but he's of paramount importance. That's a pretty big risk going there especially if it's gutted and likely carrying the load for your two other stars.

What was the trigger that made Harden want to leave all of a sudden? Was it because Morey left?

Ivergoat is reading us here and taking ideas and making them scoops. It’s blatantly obvious. He’s kind of funny though and I love how he says brother after every sentence. Second day in a row he’s parroted my theories as scoops. He was from California two weeks ago and was a Russ Stan. Now he’s Rocketinsider.

Brabra said Harden will sign an extension to reaffirm his commitment long term.

Maybe coach selection, and cheap owner.

my guess is there’s another move coming if that’s the case. Christian Wood isn’t enough to get that kind of commitment.

Not sure Rockets besides Gordon and House cheap contract we have any other assets to have that kind of wiggle room with? And Gordon due to his decline is not exactly a piece that has teams lined up to make offers for

Don’t count on it that contract is a negative in trade value. If Stone can turn that into a net plus he is a magician.

lets see. Just depends. I’m watching Orlando. They have the most to gain from a Westbrook trade.

Best news if true. If this is was all a play to get Tilman to pay and Russ to not look like a terrible person for wanting to be traded I'm down for. Trade Russ for Wall and Rui.

Orlando didn’t want to give up the the big Bamba so that’s why it never went anywhere. With woods and cousins really Mo Bamba isnt a necessary piece. Gordon should be the key piece.

Agree. He’s signed for 2 more years on a declining salary...that’s a perfect contract for this team. And he’s a great fit IMO.

IF we can get him, Harden will be playing with the 2 most skilled frontcourt players he’s had since joining Houston. That will help to relieve him of playmaking responsibilities in the same way JSmoove did. Pick-and-roll, pick-and-pop, 4-5 2 man games...the offensive playbook expands dramatically.

Adding Wood will simply make Harden and Westbrook more effective at what we are already doing. Replacing Westbrook with Aaron Gordon CHANGES the offense to make it more versatile and adaptable.
