As long as he doesn't destroy the already fragile locker room chemistry I'm all for this signing. Might be the highest impact vet min deal we could have hoped for.

How much money did Cousins leave on the table again?

Not sure what kind of player you think the Rockets were trying to sign. I think they are very well aware of his injuries. I know 20 mil a year is a lot that they paid for the guy but I think he might be worth it. Oh wait he got vet min. Did you complain about Tyson Chandler all last year?

I was never a fan of Cousins, even before all of the injuries.

Having said that, the franchise is in desperation mode at this point. Considering how little we're having to give him it's pretty much impossible to not be OK with the move. Even though I don't think this will move the meter for us at all, there's no worst case scenario that's even remotely close to the best case scenario.

Good job by Stone and his crew. I'm reserving judgement on FerTitty until the season's over and he actually pays up for his team.

Ok. I think I like this move

His warriors numbers might be the best for reference
    16-8-3.6 and 1.5bpg
    That was in 25.7mpg

I may have the moving pieces wrong, but the Capela trade has turned into Wood, Cousins and a 1st?

Wood looks like he could replicate everything Capela did and add 3pt shooting. Cousins is a legit big body and all star talent.

2 centers on the roster who can both play.
Pinch me, but I am starting to dream Harden might just stay.

I am shocked at how many people are excited about this signing...there's a reason he's getting the vet min. I will be even more shocked if he's a decent contributor.

Can we get Westbrook and Cousins started on some Viamin D and Omega3 IVs ASAP?

Absolutely love the Boogie signing! At the bare minimum it will provide more ammo for the “Hatfield & McCoys” in this forum...;)

FYI ... I think that Stone has done an admirable job so far considering he’s working for a penny pincher who’s single handedly has caused the majority of the problems we’re facing at the moment!

    Go Rockets!!!

I've always been a big fan of Boogie! If he can stay healthy, he has the physical stature, basketball IQ, athleticism and drive to help the Rockets! These couple pieces in Boogie and Christian Wood give us a counter to the small ball anti-dote played by the Thunder and Lakers last year. Hope.

because maybe, just maybe, he gets healthy enough to be 70% of what he was and give us something we haven’t had since forever a legit playmaking big

    Westbrook too!
Both of these players can either set a hard screen and roll or pull back and pop a three. Westbrook and harden should definitely be happy with these moves. Now if Cod is right! Jamychal Green would be spectacular!

For the oldsters he can be our Bill Walton. A semi-injured skilled good player with just enough left to contribute importantly in a part-time in the playoffs.
