Dear Mr. Biden: As the Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration, I have the ability under the Presidential Transition Act of 1963, as amended, to make certain post-election resources and services available to assist in the event of a presidential transition. See 3 U.S.C. § 102 note (the "Act"). I take this role seriously and, because of recent developments involving legal challenges and certifications of election results, am transmitting this letter today to make those resources and services available to you. http://cdn.cnn.com/cnn/2020/images/11/23/gsa.biden.pdf
...it's a pretty good idea. ...(not as good as the idea of releasing the Kraken to deal with this fake voter fraud business)... ...which just about guarantees that the idea isn't the Donald's.
Nothing burger. I think also the key words here are "in the event of..." Hell even Gore got briefings. None of this is surprising and is actually a good idea in case the legal challenges fail for Trump and Biden is elected President.
I guess you love trolling but this thread isn't really complex. The simple fact and idea of this thread is that Biden hasn't been elected fully. I don't know why that bothers people. He may get elected very soon actually, or legal challenges could take a number of turns. I think we should all be ready for whatever 2020 brings.
Recount? We need an audit. Also many votes will be argued illigitimate because one party was not allowed to monitor key polling stations. This will be challenged on a constitutional basis and those votes will be tossed. There are several ways this could all play out.
