How about you read the Mueller Report so you can understand why? Maybe you can also understand the limitations of the investigation. Why would there need to be a bigger fish to justify Flynn's wrongdoing? Like Trump... you seem more upset he was caught.
Mueller report says Trump campaign figures hindered the investigation when they ‘deleted relevant information' The truth is Mueller was very limited and got what he could. Fortunately technicalities and DOJ policies of not indicting a sitting president is what saved Trump and his family but not folks like Flynn.
