I know there's not a lot of love for him because he was underwhelming at times, especially in the playoffs. But considering he took a huge discount to re-sign here last offseason and how little he was paid in his time in Houston, dude was a solid contributor and brought great energy off the bench. He won the Rockets a few games, which is way more than you can say for most guys playing for the minimum. I wish him the best. It's going to be legitimately hard to replace that level of production/talent on a minimum contract.
dont take the butt hurt seriously. it's just their sour reactions to whats going on. just search for rivers and youll instantly see a ton of love for him in this past few seasons. It's the classic oh now you're moving on, you suck logic. in summary the usual fake cf casuals
Same point in different words which is why the "Doc, Doc, Doc..." thing annoys me like it annoys Austin. But whatever outside of an annoying read I don't really care.
Yeah, that's become the norm on CF, I've noticed. It was crazy how fast Clint went from a fan favorite for 3-4 years to completely overrated in the GARM. It was basically instantaneous.
Yup. Nothing, but love for the dude and I cannot believe I’m saying that. He had the team’s back when needed. Thanks for your time Austin.
Why would you hate him? He didn't talk **** about the Rockets. Also last year he signed for vet min when he could have gotten at LEAST double that somewhere else. Got nothing but love for the dude.
mostly snark on my part , also I did dislike him before he came here. Agree that he took a big discount to come here .
I didn't like him before he got here, but I become a fan of him with his time with us. Played hard.... I felt that his minutes was too up and down, which caused his up and down play. If we go back and look at the games that Harden or Westbrook missed and he got the minutes, he produced.
