Since someone linked my tweet here just to clear this up, if Bogie signs the offer sheet he can't be signed and traded if Sacramento matches. He also has a veto on trades for a year. However, he has to SIGN the offer sheet, not just recieve it for these restrictions to be in place. So far, we dont know that he has actually signed it.

    really weird reporting right?

    Atlanta submitting?

    Why even report on that?

Bogdan signing an offer sheet is the news and it's not clear whether that's the intent or not.

Regardless, Bogdan will not be waiting long.

Doesn't "submitting an offer sheet" mean submitting to the league office meaning it's signed? I wouldn't really use the verb "submitting" if I was just offering it to Bogdan. You submit to the office.

So when can he be traded? If he was to waive his Veto, how soon could he be traded?

    Wording is strange.

    Could mean that.

Could mean they are presenting him an offer.

Amick needs to choose a new verb next time.

I feel like it means what it means and it's just the tiny ray of hope in our hearts making us interpret it otherwise.

I’ve been skeptical about this guy for a while but I can’t deny he’s hit on quit a few signings/trades. I think he’s in the loop somehow.

Thought the same thing why even report that you submitted the offer sheet without him signing it?

It would be a weird thing to report otherwise right?

But Shams or Woj would have had that information and tweeted it by now if Bogdan had signed something.

Hawks could be trying to force a SNT situation with the Kings with the looming threat of having to match quickly.

Submitting an offer sheet means just that. They’ve made an offer, he doesn’t have to sign it

The normal rule is 3 months after signing, I don’t know what the rule is for this season though!

but but but... bra bra bra...
Are you sure they meant the same bogdan the rockets should trade for or a different bogdan. Amick needs to be less confusing.

Sorry guys, I tried. I needed to start my movement earlier. Wood had been since February. Maybe Myles Turner for Gordon is still a possibility. I’ve been working on Turner for a few months. Not sure how Wood/ Turner would fit though.

    @ElPigto sadly I’m not a wizard.

This is looking like a very lukewarm off season at best. This is not gonna get Harden to buy in man. We really need one more signing for a wing.

He did sign it. That's why the kings are on the clock to match
