It is irrelevant for you as a player, not irrelevant to the team that drafted you. Hunter didnt shine either offensively or defensively which is why he is a bust. Again as per expectations not as an NBA player. Pretty sure Hawks wouldnt draft him no 4 in a redraft which is all you need to know...

With this one move, the narrative around their offseason drastically changes. It’s a big pickup for them.

Yeah, all the contenders have some nice acquisitions. We're still in a mess with a lot of uncertainty, hope the Harden trade can be done soon enough with good return.

Clippers getting Ibaka is not getting enough attention. This puts their supporting cast firmly above the lakers and as the best in the league.

ibaka is better than treZ in every area that matters in the playoffs ( shooting, interior defense) even with Harrells strengths (post scoring), ibaka is just as good. Most importantly he’s a much better locker room presence

Kennard is also better than shamet.

they lost green, but they got a legit 8 man rotation that rivals any in the NbA. Barring injury, anything over 8 is overkill in the playoffs

Wow, ibaka is a damn great get for the clippers. Especially if they play the lakers in the playoffs, having ibaka to match up with AD is huge.

I think LAL is the better team. I’m not so sure LAC has the stronger supporting cast either. Dennis is a great scorer, Trez was the 6th man of the year. Wes proved last year he can still ball at a high level. LAL is going to be even tougher to beat IMO.
    1 LAL
    2 LAC
    3 Den
    4 Dal
    5 Por
    6 Utah
    7 Hou
    8 PHX

I can’t see Houston with the roster as is being better than Portland or Dallas. Especially considering they improved and Houston either went backwards or stayed the same.

Rockets are a 3-6 seed with harden and Westbrook bought in.

They have the talent now but depth is a huge issue. Too many holes to fill- back up pg, wing, pf, backup c (true center with size)

If and that is a big if ...having Silas against Dallas you have to love the idea...plus Dallas is to injury prone...you have a great list though!

They were a few games out of 7th last year with both guys bought in. Worse off roster with most of the players in the West bring vastly improved.

I like your pick of The Pelicans getting in. I would love to see them in the playoffs. I’ll be rooting for PHX to get in over them if it came down to it so I can go to a playoff game haha. I would rather both teams make it over Utah.

    Lakers
    Clippers
    Mavs
    Blazers
    Nuggets
    Rockets
    Warriors
    Suns

If rockets trade harden at the deadline, remove rockets and add jazz at 8th.

Who would you have rather had Ibaka or Wood?

For the uncertainty of this team ,Wood... Ibaka would waste his impact here

Yeah, we should chill, the NBA will be full of surprises like last year the Clippers had a very average year.

The season shortened, preparation time frame shortened, probably new rules to the home and road games.

MJ really can’t help himself can he? What an awful contract to Hayward.

Ibaka is big for the Clippers, Harden probably really wants to go east now.

If we're just bargain bin hunting I'd love Chris Boucher and Langston Galloway for minimums or a bit more. If we can be a little picky Ilyasova would be perfect. Wouldn't mind a flier on Mudiay as well.
