    I'm not a fan.of Tillman's at all. But if they don't get a package that sets them up in the future then they should hold onto Harden.

    What move did they make that hard capped the team ?


    Short Answer - None.

    Only use of the NT-MLE , BAE or a sign and trade invokes the hard cap - To date they have done none of the above.
