They are not trading Simmons or Joel. I think it’s between Boston or Nets if they find a third team to accommodate the Rockets needs...

If Morey willing pay out the ass for Danny Green/dumping Horford, then what in gawd's name is Harden worth?

Simmons, Embiid, and picks for Harden is delusional. C’mon now...

Simmons is by far the best thing that has been mentioned in any of these realistic Harden trades, so if he’s offered, u take it, call it a day, and move forward post-Harden

Morey WILL trade Simmons, not about "if" but rather "when".

He's clearing cap space. Might move Green, too. It's all about the cap space for Philly now.

It wasn't Tilman calling for Luxury Tax Savings. It was all part of Morey's plan. His sick desire to win with less money.

Or you say, "Actually, that beat-up old Harden model isn't for sale. Perhaps you'd be interested in our shiny new Westbrook model?"

Shedding salary at a high price. I'm actually surprise at the move myself. Even when he shed salaries with us, he usually put some good protections on those picks (besides CP3 trade).

At this point it’s a game of chicken and I think Boston will put together a good package

unfortunately Westbrook seems to currently not even be worth a 1 week old opened bag of chips in a strip mall parking lot :(

I don’t think that deal would actually happen. But I’m not entertaining an offer just to move on. If they don’t offer more than Simmons + picks, find another offer or keep harden.

No, you get Simmons, Korkmaz, 5 1st rounders and 2 2nd Rd Picks. It will be SImmons plus a haul of picks which is on brand with Morey. He will drain that swamp. You want Harden? Pay the price for one of the best players in NBA.

AD fetched Ingram, Ball, Hart, 4th overall pick & 2 other 1st round picks amidst a plethora of pick swaps. That's the floor.

    1. Brown, #2, and picks from Boston

    or

    2. Simmons, picks from Phila?

Yep, people don’t truly understand the effect Harden has. He automatically brings 10 plus wins to any franchise that gets him. Even with minimal talent and above average supporting cast he automatically makes you a 50 wins a season team.

There are only three players in the league currently that have that effect, Harden, Yannis and Lebron.
