I would do Westbrook, EG the 16th for wall and beal. Beal would be a great prize to play alongside harden.

Steph has always had klay, imagine harden with a guy like beal

Hahahaha gotta love Tilman for being hard-headed and persistent in his inability to deal with the fact that Harden wants to leave.

The Wizards wouldn't do that. They love Beal.

Beal has to go somewhere though, Wizards are not contending anytime soon.

For the love, they'll let him go eventually.

Beal would be nice, but I'm greedy for the 9th pick too, we need a upside player. 16 is okay, 9th gives us a better chance.

You'd have to be getting picks back with Wall. His contract is definitely the worst in the league. Westbrook's contract isn't much better so Washington is probably looking for a direct swap with maybe a 2nd round pick

True, but that's not good for us. Stone is trying to acquire a late 1st or 2nd round pick. I will be happy if TF spends money for getting one.

I feel like this is partially my fault. Had this exchange with Clutch the other day:

Has John Wall been 'clicked out' of that Piru Bloods gang he was hanging out with in the offseason? Big Yikes!

wish we could jedi mind trick their GM for Bradley Beal.

stone didn't make any of those moves yet. if he gets wall and 9 for rus, and then flips wall for 2 starters and a pick, then that would be good! but nothing yet!

I think roco for 2 picks was good value. definitely selling high on roco. if we are blowing it up its a great place to start. if we are keeping James and rus one more year its a move that happened too soon, unless we can flip the ending/NG deals of ariza/tucker and the Portland 2021 pick for someone who can help more than roco/tucker would.

in a vacuum, good trade. but lets see what he does with the picks and contract we acquired, and how that fits within our long term plans before saying we won or lost it. for example, 2 picks for roco is good value, unless you blow the picks, then they're worthless. if you can draft a future starter at 16, trade ariza and Portland 2021 pick for oubre, great deal!

all I'm saying is he's off to a strong start, solid asset collection in the first trade, solid posturing/negotiating through the media on the harden/rus debacles. however, right now, incomplete grade until we see what those assets and posturing yield us!
