Man... This makes wayyyyyyy too much sense. The Celtics are basically saying F U to the Nets, Bucks, Heat, 76ers after the moves they've made. They have the ammo so why not go for it? If not now, when?

This will be a blessing for the Celtics and it would be a blessing for the Rockets.

A trade with Boston has legs.
    They wont move Tatum.
But Jaylen Brown is a nice young talent.

Harden with Jayson Tatum is better than nets but thats just me. (I mean if Harden wants out to win)

    Harden
    Smart
    Tatum
    Tucker
    Love/Adams

I would send Kemba to OKC or Cleveland for Love or Steven Adams and you have the best team in the east..

Danny Ainge kept stockpiling picks for this very day

Smart is alright but he wouldn't fit our new timeline. Would rather have him stay in Boston to support Harden. Give me one of the Hawks wings instead. Still though this haul seems kinda weak for Harden but at this point I really don't mind much as long as there's a ton of picks.

Boston trade too good to be true even though it makes sense. If Ainge isn't going to cash in the chips for Harden locked in for two more years then he never will.

They weakened the Nets potentially and make themselves significantly better

It looks like the Celtics only have their draft picks going forward, after this draft. Maybe a deal with them isn't so good.

If you get Jalen Brown, Smart, John Collin from ATL along with 3 first round picks for Hardin and PJ, then trade Westbrook to CHA for Devonte Graham and Miles Bridges,(Batum to match salaries) then you have a young core to work with.

    Update from Hawks Board (Supes):

Eric Gordon has been added to framework of the deal going to Boston.

Dedmon will be going to the Rockets.

Yes that’s a great return. Collins, Brown along House if can keep it in House is a nice young core. Then flip Gordon for whatever young players or picks you can get

tatum is better than KD? stop it

also hayward is apparently going to the hawks even without this deal. so a core of harden, tatum, kemba is going to beat lebron and AD ?

    i think not.
