    Tilman and Patrick are likely panicking and have no ****ing idea how to approach this. They think they can get their way by forcing the situation, which in all honesty, they do have leverage, however, they better be careful how they conduct their business going forward if they want to have a chance to attract any talent in the future.

    The most experienced member in that FO is Tad Brown. Lol. They really are in over their heads here and reality, should have hired someone with more experience rather than promoting Morey's right hand man that has hardly been in the spotlight in all these years.
