How much did military generate in $ and where will that money come from?

By reducing the military budget, it's great to see America stop meddling and protecting the safety of troops, but the war machine creates a lot of money from production, manufacturing, tech, sales, trade etc. How can that money be replaced when the military budget goes down?

 

you keep making this about left vs right because of your low IQ and fear of the "other side", but just accept everyone in America wants less of it. stop creating hate where there isn't any. that is why certain communities create problems while others solve them.

 

regardless, with cost of living, america cannot compete with cheap manufacturing of many of these elements from across the world. it is very easy to say this on paper, but we already have a workforce of "educated" Americans who aren't able to contribute because they didn't prioritize STEM. I think we really need to work on this as opposed to the idea of "college" and "Education" when it's not teaching many people whats relevant, or even how to think for themselves.

 

i would redo a huge part of HOW students are taught to learn as opposed to what they learn. Learning how to build pyramids with minimal tools millenia ago , constantly adapting to modern scenario, is far more valuable than learning about how to sell more stuff. how to bulldoze more of indonesia for better profit margins.
