    Dude yes...

I mean geezus people GTFO and stay off this site for good measure. It would be nice for the site to load again and not see all these stupid ass comments.

Half these posters are 15 based on the post content and style. Good riddance.

they want to get rid of everyone then we will look around and have no one.

my question when that happens is now what?

I love James Harden more than anyone. I would be devastated to see him leave, but I remain hopefully that doesn't happen, and at the very least, if we do trade him than we can recoup some solid players and a ton of picks, kind of rebuild on the fly since our own picks we don't own - no reason to tank.

For all the fake-ass Rockets fans:

I mean if people were Fans during the Kevin Martin or Steve Francis era, it’s not like we never sucked before. How did we get Yao at the number 1 pick ? Steve Francis era sucked that’s how.

    Clutch City will rise again.

And I do like Stone and Silas. I think it would be hard to be Morey's right hand man for so many years and not learn a lot.

Silas seems very promising and had a lot to do with Luka's development.

With Tilman at the helm - I'm not so sure that will be the case.

I am down to watch a middle of the pack team with all out heart compete night in and night out, no questions.

My concern however comes with the efficiency Tilman has in alienating his staff. Players aren't going to want to put it out there on the court night in and night out for an ******* like Tilman.

There’s some cry babies saying we’re the Knicks now
No we aren’t . The Knicks are in the lottery every year. Houston always finds a way.

Didn’t we get James Harden for a bunch of scrubs ?

    With Morey....

But... Like I said I'm optimistic with Stone.

The reality is a true tank doesn't really do anything for us anyway, as I believe we don't own our 1st round picks. That also encourages me, because at the very least I would like to remain a fringe/lower seeded playoff team if at all possible. I think that could be possible if we traded Harden - something I haven't resigned to an eventuality yet.

also tilman son following morey for a year as apprentice. they extracted all they could from morey..morey knew this

if tilman can tap into his billionaire dealmaking using morey techniques you are theoretically making a more formidable character then the master morey himself.

also if if im tilman i have a no trade with philly clause.
harden isnt going to quit no one owe philly a thing or morey.

im doubtful too but until we dont have harden wb gordon we STILL have 3 dudes capable of putting rockets in top 5-8 of league top percentile.

    this board is so emo

The New York Yankees had George Steinbrenner.
Jerry Jones is the owner of the cowboys.
They seem to be ok with owners who are egotistical.
Tilman bet on Westbrook and lost.
Chris Paul was our best chance and that failed cause of Harden not wanting him anymore on the team.
It was getting obvious we weren’t going to win with D’Antoni too.
    Teams simply made adjustments .

    Moses Malone
    Ralph Sampson
    Hakeem Olajuwon
    Steve Francis
    Yao Ming
    Tracy McGrady
    James Harden

the Rockets will find another franchise player
    Regardless of owner

its fair to bash tilman for questionable food. i too like my iced water with 2 lemons not just one.

but rockets have harden wb gordon and the billionaire buyer.
this is tilman and son playing owner gm.
we know how that usually goes but to be fair you have to give a bit of one time benefit of doubt.

if you can pick up more D and tinker and run it back with harden wb gordon and D you are a better team than last year which puts you top 5 in a 30 team league. no one here would be happy but top 5 out of 30 is what you ask for even with a cheapo like tilman.

i hate him like the next guy but i give benefit of doubt to open day roster.

as it stands TODAY its still top 5 or close

Going to be a long time. Rockets are not a free agent destination. Better hope the ping pongballs fall there way

Watching a proud franchise turn in to nothing is hard thing to do. I wouldn’t bash anyone for not wanting to watch that.

I mean yea but Tilman sucks and unless he makes a shocking series of moves to salvage this team (it’s possible) He is objectively worse than your mortal enemy.

    That being said?

I watch this dumpster fire until it crumbles into nothing. I’m not going anywhere (seriously I’m not leaving my house to watch at Toyota Center, I’ll watch at home, but I’ll still watch.)

No one wants to not be a Rockets fan anymore

But no one wants to be continually disappointed and hurt by this organization either

Just because you love the team, doesnt mean you have to put up with their ****

    It's called abuse

i didn't realize it was a coaching decision by mike d'antoni to tear chris paul's hamstring against golden state.
