You really think Tilman is the type of guy to apologize for anything? He strikes me as a "apologizing is a sign of weakness" kind of guy.

 

Trump's twin apologizes for nothing and to no one.

Shut and Listen is all he knows.

 

The problem is that Tilman doesn't consult anyone really. He's a big swinging d*$k who does want he wants.

He doesn't listen to his coach, he doesn't listen to his GM. And he doesn't listen to his stars.

Tilman would really benefit if he just shut up and listened more.

It's just dumb not to involve your most important stars in the decision making. They dont have to be the one who actually makes decisions but they need to be involved and know that they have some say. These players are highly sought after commodities if you arent willing to make them feel like theybare part of the team then why will they stay?

Harden has his flaws but thr team was picking 15th year after year before he arrived, it aint his fault GM and coaches didnt surround him with talent or KD loaded the dice by giving GSW 4 all stars. Harden made this team relevant its dumb that he feels left out Fertits just dumb and incompetent AF.
