I highly doubt Harden wants to join a super team and not get his. Seeing more and more of his trade "demands" online. BSPN has decided they want the best player in the league on a team of their choosing.
let’s not act like Harden has many reasons to want to stay here this organization is clearly going down the drain
Harden realistically would like to be in Brooklyn if Westbrook isn't here or the team is not truly contending. That's just obvious.
My theory is that this off-season has a pretty dry market since there isn't any considerable free agents available (AD will resign). Since the Rockets lost Morey and MDA and Tilman has been a cheapass b*stard hiring rookies to run the FO and the coaching gig, it makes the Rockets a pretty easy target to speculate on both RW and James.
Cool story. You don't think you this couldn't have been posted in any of the hundred other pointless threads?
Morey leaving and sub par MDA coaching is not "going down the drain" lol. I bet Silas is better than Bickerstaff. Stone has been here just as long as Morey.
Watch how the narrative changes about Harden as soon as he's on a media favorite team. They'll be singing his praises as if they weren't haters all along when he wore a Rocket uniform
If he leaves I'm going to be upset. Media has turned me against many a player because of their incessant fawning. I dont know how I'm going to feel when the Media likes Harden on another team. I suspect I will start breaking things.
He's been on good teams. He's been on great teams. He's a multiple-time scoring leader, one-time MVP (should be at least 2-time) and he's done pretty much everything an NBA player sets out to do...except win a ring. And he ain't winning one with Houston, if the crapshow continues. On Brooklyn, you'll have a dude labeled as someone who couldn't win it all without going to a superteam. You'll also have a dude who couldn't do anything without LeBron. And if Harden goes to BKN, you'll have a dude who simply couldn't get past a GSW superteam. All 3 marquee players (Harden, KD, Kyrie) will have something to prove. This wouldn't be your conventional superteam.
journalism is dead - has been for a few years now - on many levels... now its just about clicks... some folks can get them by being good (woj) but there are far too many just putting out sensationalistic crap to get hits...
Its in his head now. Harden is definitely dreaming about the possibility of playing with Kyrie and Durant under a fun guy like Nash in a weaker Eastern Conference.
