I can't be pleased considering how bad Malone has played.

exactly, they cannot possibly play worse. It can only get better in the 2nd half.

Only down 6. If it wasn't for all the unforced turnovers we might actually have a lead in this game. As it stands I can live with this deficit. The bad news is Kobe hasn't been looking for his shots yet. I don't really think it's because of our defense to be honest. He's jacked up shots when double and triple teamed before.

minus the T/Os this game is going better than i thought it would. If you dont look at the T/Os I think jeff will take this score at half, only down by 6.

Yeah, 5 turnovers already for Steve Francis.

Do you think it is fair for other players to share the same blame??? He gets Max salary and he is supposed to be the Franchise!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our starting backcourt contributed 9 TOs in the first half.

We got 2 points of TO and they scored 11 on TO.

    Story of the game.

He's a shell of his former self. He put up monster numbers when he earned his contract.

If I keep watching them play like this, I'm going to develop an ulcer. What the hell is so hard about passing a ball between two grown men. Am I watching the NBA or a middle school game here. Arghh!!

i'm not defending Francis. I just am saying that you can name another 4 to 5 guys who are playing just as bad. The whole team looks like crap. Did you see Mobley arguing, blaming someone for something during the timeout.

They still have 2 quarters left. Only down by 6. Lets just see what happens

Things they must do in the 2nd half to win:
    1) stop turning the ball over
    2) refer to 1
    3) refer to 2
    etc.

Down by 6 points ... not too shabby, I was expecting the worst. Just look how San Antonio destroyed Memphis. Spurs put fear on Memphis heart on thinking of stealing a game in San Antonio ...

If I were as banged up as Francis, I'd be sitting by my computer watching my TV, instead of doing what I'm doing.
Uh, make that doing what he's doing. Sitting at the computer watching the tube is what I'm doing.
