Parler might not have started out as a Russian intelligence asset used to attack and divide America, but it was always doomed to become that regardless. At this point though, there’s really no daylight between Russian intelligence, and the Bannon/Trump/GOP media infrastructure. They both have the same purpose to destabilize the West and further the interests of bad actors globally who push a nationalist hard right autocratic agenda. They are one in the same and we should not view them any different now just because some are Americans or in positions of power in the US government. They don’t serve the constitution and Democracy. Quite the opposite. So what does a Biden admin do about what so clearly will be a platform designed to mobilize a threat to western Democracy through disinformation and radicalization??? I really don’t know what you can do when that platform could soon host 10’s of millions of willing Americans who not only do not believe in Democracy anymore, but openly support and glorify autocratic nationalist governing ideals. What do we even do with that anymore?

We need a two-states solution: one that governs in a pre-Enlightenment worldview, and the other that inhabits the 21st century. Not even kidding. Anything else will be more and more frustrating. I don't think most of these people are coming back to the modern, fact-based table.
