    It's early. The Rocks are tighter than my wife's... uh, they're tight. I'm still feelin' good about this one. Malone looks like he may really be bothered by the ankle, which is great for us.

    Why do we ask Yao to do single coverage on Shaq? At least we need to Rotate Cato on him, or use occasional DT on him.

    Bad strategy by JVG.

    why do we not double Shaq???

    no one plays him single coverage.. we are just asking for Yao to get in foul trouble.

    one of the reasons shaq got that rebound is cause he hung on the rim

    I feel JVG is a r****d, why not rotate Cato to defense Shaq? JVG really want to YM to pick the second fould and done for the first half?

    He is not a good coach by any means, he is r****d, let YM attack Shaq, not vice versa.

    And steve isnt jamming the post passer.....you cnat just let them have an easy pass inside to shaq...go up and jam the passer so he cant throw an easy lob in!

    Shaq is playing great. Yao has been lucky to only have the 1 foul. I saw at least 2 others that would have been called during the regular season. But that's the playoffs... they let them play.
    (god, I love it!)

    The Rocks are loosening up. Good.

    edit: crap- Yao sits with his 2nd foul. :(

    OK, Yao's foot was on the line, and that should have been foul #2. But the #2 he just got called for is BS.

    If you hang on the rim after a dunk attempt and get the roll-off rebound because you're still hanging there, as Shaq just did, that should be an automatic turnover.

    thats a good point. but Yao has to play smarter and stop picking up silly fouls. He has to be aware of the situation and let Shaq score when he is that close to the basket.

    Today's games so far has told us that it's that hard to upset a higher seed. And teams like Spurs and Lakers play serious ball only in PO.
