Biden is not going to be the 46th President, I do believe this as well. he will be the 47th President after Transitional President Pence.
That would be after he is actually made president elect which we are still waiting on. Biden isn't worried though. It's not like he's trying to stop a recount or audit.
4 years ago everyone was calling Trump the president elect despite the same amount of evidence that there was election fraud. By same, meaning almost none 4 years ago just like now.
