    Nope. Biden can use an executive order to name his cabinet, he can just label them as “interim”. They can be labeled that for 4-8 years if necessary.

    Katie porter should be elevated more. She won’t be senator anytime soon. It would be wise for newsom to add a Latino for kamalas spot, though political inertia might mean another black woman

    I hope we realise it's for 2 years. She needs that Governor of Georgia.

    Biden would not do it but if it was the other way around, count on Trump doing it. That's all you need to know about the Trump supporters vs Biden supporters. Trump supporters don't give a F about anything like democracy, rule of law, character, etc.

    Lot would depend on the races in Georgia.

    Massachusetts isn’t like other states that wait until the next election cycle either...they require a special election 145 days after vacancy so, even if a Republican was selected, they’d only be there for a short time.
