    Easterby staying around is annoying if for no other reason than we won't be totally sure who is pulling the strings when the next (and the next...) regime comes in.

    I can totally see the arguments and blame game now. This organization seems allergic to accountability and transparency.

    The Texans are done as long as Cal lets that POS keep getting more power.

    Amy was as excellent and professional a team communications boss one would hope to deal with if/when being around the Texans. The Rockets on the other hand...

    Also...in the same manner that it was JJ who finally got BoB out of here, I think this will lead to an Easterby vs JJ thing in which Cal will be forced to pick a side. JJ probably gone in the offseason and it'll be an Easterby/BoB special in which the Texans don't get anything.

    Not really, I can name a few that are clearly worse without even thinking much about it.

    They are the model of mediocrity, which in a lot of ways may be worse than outright terrible.

    Culture fit? Are we still on that bull ****?

    We ended up trading our LT which ended us costing 2 first round picks down the line to replace him because of "culture fit." **** culture fit.

    100% it's this. If you look at her twitter profile it was filled with it.

    I can see why the Texans (or any sports organization) wouldn't want their head of PR being that blatant about politics on social media, but couldn't they have just asked her to tone it down?

    Jack Easterby is one step away from being those televangelists. He probably believes that the election was rigged for Biden and that Trump is God's choice for President. Couldn't handle his head of PR being political against his beliefs. Bet you if she was posting q conspiracy theories on twitter, she'd still be around. This dude is bad news.
