As he feels delaying the processing undermine trust in the election, he should squarely place that blame at the GOP party that blocked PA and other states from exactly doing that - processing early and mail-votes prior to election day. They went to court to block it. If they hadn't, we would have known the result late Tuesday night or early Wed. What he is saying here is either 1- based on ignorance of what happen or 2 (more likely) - purposely undermining trust in election where Trump lost. And it is working - 7 out of 10 Republican now do not trust the election result (yes, a very sudden and fast spike).
