    Man, I dreamt about Rox Vs Lakers first game playoffs in my sleep last night...when I woke up it was 2.40 pm!!

    It'll be an overtime game with Rox winning 102 - 98.

    We need to mess with the Laker's minds. I think Les should invite the Eagle County prosecutor and the Jazz owner and put them on the front row, center court for the third game. I'd also get all the Rockets fans in L.A. to wear Colorado prison orange.:D

    as for messing with their minds. i have a feeling that the real reason behind the jvb cato feud was to confuse PJax. I Think he gave padge alot of starting minutes and made it look like cato might not even make it on the playoff roster to make pjax have to prepare his team differently than normal. it probably didn't work, or if it did, it had miniscule effect....but then again, if we concentrate everything on winning that first game in LA, that takes away HCA and gives us a fighting chance. anyways, just random thoughts.

    It is no big deal if the Rox lost the first game. It will probably be a blessing in distuise.

    Winning the first game will only increase the Laker's arrogance (hard to imagine, but yes it is possible). Still holding on to the illusion that they are an awesome team, the Lakers forget that their best games came when Karl Malone and GP ran the show. Kobe's integration has been choppy and painful to watch.

    Yeah, give Kobe one victory and watch him shoot his team out of the playoffs.

    BTW, I'm new here. Where do the Los Angeles rocket fans hang out after a staples game? I'll probably have to work, but it would be nice to know "the place" to meet other intelligent Rox fans.

    Realistically. We play them well but this is the playoffs, and we will not win the series.

    Yao hasn't been there yet. Shaq may dominate.

    Some Rockets continue to think it's all about having fun - they may be demolished.

    If the Rockets don't come with the intensity, they will be embarrassed badly. On the bright side, the Rockets usually play well against the good teams, except San Antonio.

    I do have a tiny ray of hope, light beneath the door, but basically what Van Gundy said is true, habits come through.

    defensive struggle, in the first half, but an offensive explosion in the second. 91-88 rockets.

    Rick Fox is going to miss two free throws in the last minute with his team up by two, and then get assailed all over the world as Rick "the Brick" Fox. Then Yao will come down the court and either dunk from the 3 point line or pass off to SF who will down a tre.
