There were a couple of good moments -- the monologue/ Walking Dead, but overall a massive wasted opportunity with Dave. Even the Walking Dead sketch felt forced -- it's not something you really want to watch again -- definitely not a classic. Every other sketch was weak IMHO -- news and Tribe were great.

The cold open was not good, but a Chappelle's Monologue is always good.

Hopefully they're done with Trump-centered cold opens, after this. No reason to give that man the time of day anymore, and it should bring back more creativity in cold opens.

Don't bet on it. As much as everyone hates Trump, a lot of people made ALOT of money with him in office. Plus, Carrey and Rudolph's Biden and Kamala are not very funny.

"I can't even say something true unless it's got a punchline behind it."

That's a solid line, one of the most serious things he said.

This. He slips these things into the weave of his work like little body blows. Amazing.

Also loved how he said -- and I thought it was genuine -- how he hated the feeling and not the people. Had never heard it phrased quite like that.

I like this one cause Ego Nwodim makes everything better. Every time she is in a skit you can bet dudes everywhere will profess how beautiful she is.

Wonder why he came out smoking? I guess it was helping calm his nerves. Even still...not ideal.

I really hate seeing him smoke, but he has cut way back and even tried to vape for awhile -- a few years back he was literally constantly chain smoking on stage during shows (and SNL skits last time) and it was tough to watch honestly.
