Modernization carries risks and some additional risks.

The current method is being verified, the one in GA is being overseen by Republican leadership with additional verifiers. Other states are doing similar types of verification. What exactly needs to be fair and transparent. Should be question Florida since at one point Biden led but Trump all of a sudden came back and won that state or is it just the states you're worried about where that happened to Trump?

Yeah if he gets PA’s 20 that puts him at 273 and that’s game over.

Biden is at 253 without Arizona or Nevada. Pennsylvania has 20 electoral votes. He just needs Pennsylvania.

Modernization is risky but if it works and invalidates the human error whether intentional or not I’m for it . It was a risk to go from the horse to the automobile but it needed to be done

Republican Leaders have now publicly questioned election integrity (I'm just sharing some news that I think relevant. I'm neither a Republican nor a Democrat.)

    Wow great speech.

I forgot what it was like to have a president that speaks like an adult.

There's nothing more secure than a scantron read by a machine. Imagine the claims of voter fraud if everyone voted online for instance. Or the risk of hacking.

When you think that it takes a week to count 150 million ballots, many of them mailed in, during a national crisis - its impressive.

The Russians or whomever can't hack it. The incidence of actual voter fraud is miniscule. And it has worked very well save for chads and butterflies in 2000.

I think waiting a few weeks for states to count their votes and verify them is a small price to pay for having an ironclad democracy.

Arizona will be really close but I dont think it is flipping. Trump isn't winning large enough margins on each batch of absentees. His best hope is getting into recount territory. As a reference, Maricopa county dropped 70000 ballots an hour ago and Trump only netted 7000 votes. There are another 70000 ballots to go with 20000 Provisionals and cured ballots and Trump is close to 30000 votes behind.

Unless that last drop of ballots from Maricopa County is wildly different, this is over.

Are they including Georgia, where the Governor and Sec of State are both Republicans? I mean, Antifa and Stacey Abrams got to Brian Kemp, too? Deep state runs deep indeed.

AZ is still within Trump's reach. But his tiny hands will make it difficult to snatch it and hold on.

I guess you have points on that. Plus a paper trail can be accounted for better I suppose. Just wish there was better standardization because doing something one way seems better to invalidate the appearance of fraud

It feels like it’s been on a loop. I’d rather be doing other **** but I don’t want to miss it.

I mean why cover the windows? Transparency is needed during times like these. It’s a valid contention
