Correct, most economic indicators showed that we were going to have a recession this year even before COVID. COVID just sped up the severity of it.
Democrats should never say socialism. Look up the definition. It is government owning the means of production. No one wants that! We get taught that Medicare and social security are socialist policies. They are not. They are government services. Either the police, fire and military are socialist or they are government services. You can’t have it both ways and call one thing a service and the other socialism. Democrats should never call their policies socialist and should vehemently deny being called socialist.

I'm pretty sure military ballots are being counted they just have until the 12th to be received. I don't think there are 10K ballots on their way from overseas. I could be wrong though.
