Which ones? Real Clear Politics shows 4 trending red counties with vote still left to count...Maricopa, Yuma, Yavapai, and Pinal. As far as I can see, the other counties all say 100% in. There are only 15 counties in Arizona.
The Arizona ballot machines accept sharpie markings. Please don’t buy into conspiracies; these votes are being tabulated the same way we’ve done it for decades. There are just more this time because we’ve seen unprecedented early vote numbers due to the pandemic.

These people only have conspiracy theories. Biden is ahead by 3.5 million votes. Pennsylvania is counting the way it is due to previous lawsuits by Repubs.
