Yes of course but you still need 50 seats to run effectively and if a presidential candidate only concentrates on "winners and populous areas" you won't get to 50 easily if not at all.

I've never seen elections that get paused.. oh wait they need time to back date ballots and print more I guess. What a joke!

Trump won PA and it looks more and more like Arizona and they are trying to hard so stop it.

Just looking at the tight NC results and the difference between President and Senate...

Down by 100k votes, Cal Cunningham really ****ed it up by not being able to keep it in his pants this year.

Where do you think this is happening? Also why you think he won when PA has not counted all of votes yet?

There is an active investigation into back dating via usps which spoke on record with veritas which exposed it.

Also the PA gap is too big for Biden without cheating.

Investigation? Link? Too big? Tell me more why it is impossible without cheating?

Wait...ok, so we should stop counting votes then? Okay. Biden wins Nevada, Biden wins Arizona, Biden wins the presidency.

They should not count after day 1, right!?!

Go to Veritas and see for yourself

Also an rcp expert claimed this about PA and agreed with me... i don't remember the interview sorry. But it is my opinion as well. You can disagree with me if you want. Time will tell I suppose.

Don't stop. Finish it already unless there is backdating. Then there will need to be a legal challenge of course.

I will add that sharpies were the problem in Arizona... four counties had sharpies given out... republican counties... even though they were forbidden. I think the backdating was in Michigan or Wisconsin... which I think are likely out of reach for Trump still, but he is still challenging it anyway. Maybe they know something I don't.

Either way I think PA is on track for Trump despite the mail in ballots. Arizona also shows momentum for Trump. These could decide it...

Oh and GA needs to just go ahead and get called for Trump... same with Biden and Nevada.... at this point only PA and AZ matter.

What would it take to abolish the EC? Democratic majority in the Senate and House? Assuming of course they will push for it. I think it will pass the plebiscite.

Or the SC will have a say on it at some point? In which case, it will be a long time coming considering the ages of the latest additions.

Biden doesn't need Arizona so he can win multiple ways without it and obviously Trump needs 4 states, likely will win NC so 3, but if Arizona goes to Trump, Fox and AP should really be held to task for calling it, they called it early the first day and are both confident that they called it correctly. I guess we'll see.

Considering AZ, 14% of Maricopa left to count with that being a lean red county, so going on this alone it looks like Trump should win AZ but....

The other blue counties still have a lot to report, Trump really has to run it up some in Maricopa. There is an average of 17% left in 3 blue counties, so Biden just has to be competitive in Maricopa to offset it.

This is hours old but... unfortunate phrasing in the age of Jeffrey Toobin:
