Yeah much like the Lincoln project, I don't think you can really claim to lean or be Republican when you don't support a single Republican.
Maybe someone with more legal expertise than me can answer this. With all of these lame lawsuits Trump is filing because he's a b****, do any of them actually carry much likelihood of succeeding?

One thing we might revisit I think is the turnout in places like Milwaukee....these places were hot spots for a lot of the discussion with BLM and police brutality and the Milwaukee turnout is...a lot. One may wonder if Trump's "Both sides" take and his general response to BLM didn't drive up the vote in places like Milwaukee that might literally be the difference in this election. Right now, that would be the difference. Trump may have scared a lot black voters into voting against him there that could have otherwise just stayed home.
