Well it seems Tillman has turned his attention to the Rockets so I wouldn't be shocked if UH wins the championship this year.

It's a mess, but coach was handed a bad team, and with Covid, I'd give him 5 years to recover. It will be a slow process to het back to bowling, but Houston always has an undefeated run in them once a decade when we focus on track speed.

Coaching departures have cursed them the same way Yeoman's good ole boy recruiting did thirty years ago. Between Briles, Sumlin and Herman, U of H had as many winning coaches in a decade as Miami did, but could never lock down our local talent base or seal the deal against national powers like they did. Probably because Miami's coaches all appeared to be transitioning the pros rather than to a better college program.

Looking at the game stats in this one, offense so-so with close to 400 yds total and two interceptions and defense terrible giving up close to 700 yds in total offense. We are not going to win many games against decent teams with this type of performance. It may be a while before be have a team to get excited about again.

PS - Have not been and still not a fan of Holgerson.

I was at the game and it looked ugly. To say the players gave up would be harsh. Maybe they were outclassed and they played like they knew it.
