Also I forgot to note the 32 million we saved with Pat fertitta as GM as compensation. That will buy Tillman a few weeks expenses before he has to sell. What a joke of a franchise.
Fertits is so awful as an owner he couldn't even get compensation for one of the best GMs in the NBA leaving his team while still under contract for multiple years.
If DM is going to keep his same philosophy... he has his work cut out for him. And its not like the Sixers are overloaded with assets themselves. Yes, they can trade either Simmons or Embiid, but neither will get 100% value because of injury history. Horford/Harris won't get 100% value cause their contracts SUCK. Will be interesting to see what he can accomplish. Bear in mind at the moment they have Doc (won a ring yes, but since then is best known for choking 3-1 leads), DM (never could make it past conference finals, and the current Sixers squad (underachieving in the playoffs). There is a cultural pressure on that squad at the moment similar to the one on the Rockets.

Second best team in he WCF, played every game close against GS. With some additions to the roster, we could very well have won a championship that year.
