I don't agree with that but Sudan not having relations with Israel isn't changing that.

There is likely some deals regard aid to the new government of Sudan from both the US and Israel. Consider that Sudan was taken off the list of countries that sponsor terrorism by the US as part of this that also opens up more chances for trade and investment.

Yes this moves the needle very little regarding overall peace in the Middle East. The alliances are being shuffled with Israel tacitly siding with the Sunni powers against the Shia powers. Sudan though is too poor and out of the way to do much. The truth is they could do little for the Palestinians.

Perhaps not, but it certainly doesn't help and could very well make it worse. I hoped that normalization of relationships would entail, at the least, a "concession" on Israel's side not to brazenly steal land for the purposes of settlement expansion.

The Palestinians are still getting screwed but not from this specific deal.

This deal certainly helps Israel but it potentially could help Sudan much more given how poor the country is. Unfortunately given how poor Sudan is I doubt that they have any leverage in regard to helping the Palestinians.

The best way for the Palestinians to help themselves is to stop teaching hate, and to stop terrorist acts against Israel.
