    A lot of people were not........ I am guessing I shoud dust off the list and add George Karl and Bob Hill to the lost (at least I think Hill is still alive)...... Maybe Mike Fratello can get a job again.

    I don't see him wanting to be an assistant coach on the bench. I can see him on an advisory roll, but I have a hard time thinking he wants to be an assistant to a rookie coach...even of they are close.

    I love Mike, but I think when Doc flew the coop and got the sixers spot it took something MDA thought he had. This may have been the swan song for him.
