    And in the first round of the 2004 playoffs the Rockets face LA......

    The LA FAKERS!!!

    It was confusing who we would play, but after 2 OT's we are going to play the Fakers. They nearly choked against the crappy blazzers.

    I am so happy we are finally in the playoffs. AND we match up well against the Fakers. The Rockets and the Lakers play similar style. They both have slow BIG centers, that slow down the transition D and offense, so they set up as more of a half court team.

    We have faired well against them this season. Yao has had a couple of huge games against Shaq, and SF has shown up strong too.

    It appears the Lakers bring out the best in our players. I am really going to enjoy this series.

    Looks like it is time for the NBA executives to sh** themselves over the YAO vs SHAQ playoffs!!!!:D :D

    as much as i hate karl malone, you can't help but feel just a little bit sorry for him. not one ring with the JAZZ and now that he actually has a shot at one with the lakers, he gets injured right before playoffs. it's like God's smiting the guy. poor man


    ...nah, i take it back. screw malone and **** the jazz!

    I was so happy when I heard this news and not because it might benefit the Rockets. I just freaking HATE Karla Malone. I make a rule for myself that I dont hate anyone that I haven't met personally, but for Karla and John I make an exception.
