What we need is a motivator and psychologst. And someone willing to replace the d'leaguers on this team with pros. Compassion has to go.

Not true at all....Lucas is already on the payroll. Owner bumps up his current salary and we’re good to go.

Thats the point these cheap owners always act like they are giving someone chance while its just saving money. And the standard talk „i will pay for it if it works” in Tilmans case its luxury tax. You mf own casino should know that success comes with risk. Getting into tax is always a risk and never guarantee success. Hes just talking it because no one will ensure him success and he knows it chilling under the cap

He'll let Harden skip practice to hit the clubs, heck he might even join him. "Players' coach baby"

I fear the worst. I fear he will make McHale look like MDA. A tic-tac-toe player being mistaken for a checkers player in a league of chess players. :(

    Please don't be Lucas.

what evidence do you have he is not competent? What context are you using? Who was on those cavs and sixers teams you speak of? How long has van gundy been out of the league? Oh ok, just wanted to check the information.

And ironically enough, many of them stay on it because they're scared of the cost to upgrade. Yet the longer they wait, the more expensive it may get.

Got that Tilman? Don't go with COBOL... upgrade now... BLOW THIS SUCKA UP!

I think you are confusing casino patrons with casino owners.

    1. JVG has had actual success coaching and actually has a set defensive philosophy.
    2. Silas actually has coaching philosophy as well he led Dallas to a number 1 offensive officiency in NBA history.

I ask u what has Lucas proved of his offensive or defensive coaching abilities other than being a solid developmental leader. The crazy thing is you can probably still keep him at his best role an assistant coach if u hire Silas or JVG

oh? Lucus didn’t have success? You do know frank vogel had two losing seasons with Orlando and several mediocre seasons with indiana right? I am not going to pretend i know john lucus. All i know is he had some success in the nba and had couple bad teams at the end of his career. Is this fair to call him “incompetent”? Or not a “X & O’s” coach? Is there evidence of this or just your take? Just be careful when making statements like these.
