    Sen. Ron Johnson discredited it. First when he signed onto a letter supporting the move to get rid of Shokin and later when his investigation didn't find any wrong doing.

    It’s been discredited a while ago from anti-corruption activists in Ukraine who understood that the prosecutor was not doing his job.

    There was also a Republican-led investigation into it, and they couldn’t find any evidence of wrong doing on Biden’s part. If Guliani was sitting on this supposed “smoking gun” all this time, can you explain that?

    Yes Sen. Johnson's investigation was this year. Why didn't Giuliani turn over the material to Johnson's committee then? From what I've read about MacIsaac the store owner who got the laptop in question he turned it over to the FBI and then to Giuliani but not to Johnson. Now I don't know if he had tried to turn over copies to Johnson but it would seem odd that Johnson's office would turn down potentially damning evidence against the Biden's that would bolster their investigation.

    This is so predictable..... from the actors involved (Rudy) to the fake scandal (Hunter Biden) and to the timing... close to the election and not sufficient to expose that it is false...

    I guess it gives marginalized Trumpians and conspiracy theorists something to grab onto before Election Day.

    17 days left.... The Trump goons are trying to consistently leak “information” to time it just right...
