Has anyone seen that Kershaw commercial where he gives up such a long HR that he has to get into a car to chase it down? Why the heck would he agree to that kind of commercial that runs during the playoffs. Someone is going to GIF that if he gives up a big HR in the playoffs.

Yesterdays game was a complete schit show. Very much reminiscent of the 4 home games in the world series last year.

I am ready to move on. It cant really get worse. The Astros just need to loosen up with RISP.

I think today we get different results. Looking for a big win.

Somehow the Astros cheating scandal caused this.

Everything seems to be going the rays way, kind of the stros playing the twins. Because of this series I'm hating the shift. I now wanted banned or only allowed to be used 3 times per game. F the shift. I can change my mind with 4 wins.

Never forget they expected us to get swept by Minnesota...

So, why all of a sudden are we the primetime game?

Pretty sure TBS contract stipulation with MLB says they have to show a certain percentages of the ALCS games in primtime. I'm not complaining. Dealing with the shadows in these stadiums sucks.

Why aren't we dealing with the shadows better though? I'm genuinely asking.

Dodgers/Braves start at 6pm EST the next two days. That time slot may be better for ratings than the 8:40 EST start time that the Astros/Rays have. There will be some overlap...shocked MLB is letting that happen.

You’re not kidding. The 3:07 (1:07 PT) start was really bad for the hitters late in the game. My hope is that Games 5 and 6 will start at 5:07 and then Game 7 at 7:37.

Hoping Urquidy and Greinke can get the job done since Game 5 is likely to be a bullpen game. If we can get this series to a Game 6 I like our chances with Framber and Lance going in Games 6 and 7.

I'm pretty sure its equally tough for both teams. I'm not sure how you "deal" with it any better then just being ready for whatever pitch you get coming into and out of the shadows.

Since there in a bubble and neutral site I would think that if both teams agree you turn the damn lights on

Javier for game 5 or is he going to be used as tandem in one of the next two games?

I honestly feel like if we win today we will win the series... we could easily be up 2-0 with a couple hits with RISP. We’ve outplayed them for the most part other than the final score. We’ve gotten to a couple of their big dogs in the pen. A win today would be a huge momentum shift in the series.... and we know that can go a long ways
