After the Astros started the WS 0-2 Urquidy and Greinke started the next two games and won them.

Cool to see fans at a ballgame again. I think it's an advantage that it's in Texas so if we do come back and win this series we might see some 'Stros fans in the stands, but something tells me the tickets might also get hogged up by Dodger fans and we'd get booed every game. Lol

Also are the Braves doing the Harden cook 'em or nah? Lol

Yankees lost the first two and then after they won 1 you felt like they might just pull the comeback off.

All we gotta do is win tomorrow

Plus I hate the way that TBS announcer says his name. Isn't it pronounced Glas"know", not Glass-NOWWWWW??? And if not, what a douche.

Well one good thing happened today. Dodgers tears taste like a 4-finger spiked Arnold Palmer right about now :)

While initially that's the first thing a lot of us would say including myself.

I kind of took a step back and thought of it a different way when you look at the pitch again to Bregman.

After 8 straight balls you know Anderson has to try and throw a fastball down the middle to try and get his mind right. Anderson probably thought Bregman is going to take all the way given he just through that many balls and look shook.

Bregman made the right gamble/call that he was going to throw a heater down the middle and he put good wood on the ball. TB has been playing us perfectly on the defensive side of the ball and you have to give them credit for it becuase the CF was in position to run it down. It was a lousy ending but I don't think it was as bad as one thinks for Breman to swing on that first pitch. But it was so damn close to finding the gap.

Bregman probably had the highest percentage of knowing what pitching was coming after the last two at bats then any other time in his AB if he watched that pitch go right down the middle. Hell, i'm sure some of us would be screaming "why did you just look at a ball right down the middle?"

Anderson with an 0-1 count would have been worse to deal with if he finds his groove given he strikes out like 75% of the people he faces.

    Just my opinion.

Actually I did recall an instance when we were last down 0-2 in a series. It did not end well at all. 2 losses, 3 wins in a row, 2 losses. Last year's World Series. Let's uhh, hope it ends differently this year?

Close to a must win as it can be today. Go Stros!

28 baserunners, 28 f**king baserunners in the first 2 games. 2 runs were on solo HR's, so that means 1 of 26 actual baserunners managed to score.

Not to mention the line outs, and the killer error, it has been an absurdly frustrating first 2 games.

.248 xwOBA for Houston pitching and .389 xwOBA for Houston hitting. This is so absurd that i'm not even that angry anymore. If this is how it's going to be then lol whatever.

It didn't end well after that. Although we had that WS in the bag and that still frustrates me to this day. At this point, it's just one game at a time and I hope the offense gets some breaks , wakes up, whatever the **** they need to do to outscore Tampa.
