    I never said the Texans are going to go or win a Superbowl. I have NO EXPECTATIONS FOR A HOUSTON FOOTBALL TEAM. NONE. I don't think they will ever reach or win a Superbowl. Texans will be fine...in the sense...they will win games and make the playoffs. Only to lose in those playoffs....lol.

    Astros and Rockets are different expectations.

    Rockets have a history of atleast making it to the Finals (and winning). Houston football teams don't (AFL doesn't count..lol).

    not sure what a team in the 90s has to do with the rockets right now in 2020

    however the core stros for the last 4 years are actually relevant now bc that's actually what you see out there playing

    Exactly. Baker didn't not tell Altuve to make that error and then he didn't not tell all his batters to hit their hard hit balls away from the defenders all game long. AND to top it off in the 9th inning with the bases loaded and the Astros down by 3, twice he refused to call for the Grand Slam play...inexcusable. This is completely on Baker and not the players.

    If they beat us with defense and pitching, they beat us. But it hasn't been by much. We can still go donkey kong on them.

    In the most bizarre of baseball seasons ever, I have to say that a Braves/Astros World Series would make it even more bizarre.

    Would be sweet. Braves doing their part. Our guys need to follow suit.

    Yes, the history of southern Oklahoma's new stadium could be marred for life if the Astros are the first team to win a WS in their new building. That does sound mighty tasty.

    Just to play the first World Series would be tasty. Hold it over their heads for life. But I do love the idea of drenching the home clubhouse with champagne......
