I do question why Trump put HIMSELF in a position to require investigation. Who again from the Obama admin forced Trump to sign a letter of intent with the Kremlin to build Trump Tower Moscow? Who again from the Obama admin forced Don Jr. and Kushner to meet with an identified lawyer from the Kremlin in Trump Tower? Your right... it is correct that we should be questioning the Obama admin... questioning why they didn’t do more to warn the American people that there’s a million reasons to question if Trump is compromised to the point where his priorities as President could be jeopardized.

I'm pretty sure Obama unlike Trump didn't want to make an investigation be percieved as a political witch hunt so he refrained from announcing it publicly before the election. See the thing is Obama is a responsible adult and Trump isn't and therefore only cares about immediate gratification.
What makes this whole thing more ironic that the Obama Admin. was undermining the Trump campaign considering they did make the investigation of the Hillary Clinton public. If anything the Obama DOJ undermined the Clinton campaign and played a role in her defeat.
100%. What the pundits get wrong about the Comey letter, and the comparison to the Durham probe potential findings is the credibility factor. The Comey letter was mind blowing breaking news because it was OBAMA'S own DOJ/FBI investigating in a public manner their own. That told the American people that there must be something pretty damn bad that was uncovered, and independent swing voters just said "That's it... I've had enough of Hillary... I'm voting Gary Johnson or take a chance on Trump." If Durham was to indict Biden, and or Obama tomorrow not only would it not have that level or credibility, I think Independent voters would see the indictments as a desperation strongman 3rd world dictator move to steal power in an election Trump doesn't think he can win outright. Yes... some Trump leaning "Independents" will swing back to Trump but those voters honestly are looking for any excuse regardless, and it wouldn't take an indictment to move them back to Trump... they'd be just as likely to swing back to Trump if Trump stopped talking and doing stupid crap for 48 hours.
i can't imagine there are indictments coming for Obama/Biden. not that they wouldn't be merited, but i doubt there's enough direct evidence to issue an indictment.
So the issue is that the Obama DOJ wouldn't prosecute the underlying crimes. Got it. Had they sought more prosecutions of Trump flunkies, it would have been less political. But because they didn't they were being unfairly harsh to the Trump campaign. What a great piece of logic that is.

It sounds like you don't have any contextual background on what happened or if you did you'd even care. The honest thing to do would admit that you don't care, you just want Trump out at all costs. Your countless posts of America's democracy is in danger because of Trump really aged well in light of these declassifications. All of which, we already knew back in 2018, but now you can't dispute it because it's there in writing. The only reaction is...."meh so what". Since that's the case, why go on about being worried about democracy? Just be honest and admit you don't care as long as Trump is out of the Whitehouse. Politics is a dirty game.
