Wheres @CheezeyBoy22 at during this playoff run? Did he get beat up celebrating Astros victories and sipping A's fans tears in the bay area?

Springer has raised his game for the playoffs yet again. Been saying it for a couple years. He would’ve gotten a contract from me based on this fact alone, and before some of our other players

I was hoping for Greinke/ Urquidy tandem to sweep

An easily forgotten fact until the playoffs come around. Watching him in this years playoffs makes it all the more difficult to accept he may be elsewhere next season. And to add insult to injury, it could be L.A. (pure speculation on my part). He certainly plays well enough in Dodger Stadium.

Whoever flipped this teams mojo switch needs to lock it up in a vault so no one can flip it back.

The hard thing about Greinke not starting tomorrow's game means piggy backing isn't going to happen tomorrow. Paredes & Pressley need the day off. Likely means going deeper into the pen.

The tears at athleticsnation.com, albeit very few since the have no fans, are delicious

All the Astros have to do is just keep winning evey postseason game and they'll never need a 5th starter. Greinke problem solved. Go get 'em Valdez, McCullers, Javier, Urquidy, and trusted bullpen arms.

Here is my concern.....who do you start in a bullpen game? Lets say Urquidy, Greinke, Javier, and Lance are on rest days.

"Normally the A’s have a problem driving in runners from scoring position, but there is no column for that on Tuesday because they never got a single opportunity. That will happen when you don’t reach base for half the game, but it’s also because every time they did get to first they found a way to get out before even arriving at second."
