    So ive had an interview at a frequency of maybe once in every two weeks and damn its so frustrating

    Some recruiters lead you on and make you feel there would be a second interview and then nothing

    Sorry just venting

    Recruiters are about volume. They rarely tell you if you failed. If you hire a headhunter, you’ll get more feedback depending on the their releationsip with cimpany

    Most companies say nothing because they’re more afraid of lawsuits than not caring
